INDUSTRY BIO.
After graduating from F.I.D.M. and working as a celebrity wardrobe stylist, Sarah Jackson decided to play around with some jewelry designs and, slowly but surely, this started to develop into a full collection. INSIDER Q & A.
W2C: When did you get into designing jewelry?
SJ: Three years ago.
W2C: What was the first piece that you designed?
SJ: The first piece I designed was the Peace & Love Ring.
W2C: What other jewelry designers inspire you?
SJ: I love vintage designers, Valentino, Givenchy, Gucci and Pierre Cardin (just to name a few!).
W2C: Where do you get the most creative inspiration from?
SJ: My obsession with vintage and unique designs in art architecture are a huge source of creative inspiration. People and life also truly inspire me.
W2C: What has been your all time favorite piece that you have designed?
SJ: This is a hard question because I design every piece for myself, with the hope that others will appreciate it as well!
W2C: Which do you prefer to wear: gold, silver or rose gold?
SJ: I like to wear all three mixed together!
W2C: If you weren’t a jewelry designer, what would you be?
SJ: If I wasn’t designing jewelry, I would probably be designing something else!
W2C: If you could switch places with any one person for a day, who would it be and why?
SJ: Bill Gates! Who wouldn’t want to know what goes on in that brain?!
W2C: What do you think differentiates your pieces from other jewelry?
SJ: I like to think that my pieces are unique, yet timeless.
Sarah concluded our Q&A session by sharing this insightful mantra, “Love everything you do so loud that the blind can see and the deaf can hear.”
